Earlier this year, I was asked to design wedding invites for the lovely Hazel and Donald, and the theme was the lovely nursery rhyme ‘The Owl & the Pussycat’.
I excitedly doodled a few ideas and went crazy with Pinterest for inspiration. I presented to Donald and Hazel my ideas, and together we all decided on one design over the others which was, funnily enough, the first idea I had!
I worked both digitally and traditionally on this project, planning out the compositions, calligraphy and characters on paper before finishing them with Adobe.
With a clear brief and such happy clients, this was truly a pleasure to work on. I have adored working on such a lovely design with the best clients, and would happily design more wedding invites in the future.
